   Get competitive with some our outdoor games and then head to your private game room for some stimulating Ping Pong and more; don’t forget about kicking back in a comfy hammock to soak up those soothing riverside vibes!

TO GET YOU STARTED WE SUPPLY:

2-3 rolls of Toilet Tissue in each bathroom

1-2 rolls of Paper Towels

Dawn Dish Soap, Basic Cleaning Supplies,

a couple of Dishwasher pods and a couple of trash bags

under the sink in the Kitchen

2-3 Gain washer pods near laundry

& Hand Soap in each bathroom

PETS:

is a non-refundable pet fee of $250.

Pets over 20lbs. must be approved by owner.

WEDDING/EVENTS: 

There is a 3 day minimum rental plus a $1000 minimum rental fee. All Events must be pre- approved by Owners.
