    When it comes time for meals, feast like royalty with 2 island in the kitchen and an 11 foot dining  table that will seat 12! Or take it outside and chose from one of two built-in tables offering 180 degree panoramic views of the river on our lower deck - make sure you don't forget about our swinging barstools! 

   And if all that isn't enough? The fully stocked kitchen features a coffee bar with some coffees and teas to provide everything you need for an unmatchable getaway experience

TO GET YOU STARTED WE SUPPLY:

2-3 rolls of Toilet Tissue in each bathroom

1-2 rolls of Paper Towels

Dawn Dish Soap, Basic Cleaning Supplies,

a couple of Dishwasher pods and a couple of trash bags

under the sink in the Kitchen

2-3 Gain washer pods near laundry

& Hand Soap in each bathroom

Toiletries such as soap & shampoo 

(paper towels, paper plates or plastics cups if you choose).

PETS:

is a non-refundable pet fee of $250.

Pets over 20lbs. must be approved by owner.

WEDDING/EVENTS: 

There is a 3 day minimum rental plus a $1000 minimum rental fee. All Events must be pre- approved by Owners.
