To get you started we supply:

3-4 rolls of Toilet Tissue in each bathroom

1-2 rolls of Paper Towels

Dawn Dish Soap, Basic Cleaning Supplies,

a couple of Dishwasher pods and a couple of trash bags

under the sink in the Kitchen

2-3 Gain washer pods near laundry

& Hand Soap in each bathroom

Toiletries such as soap & shampoo 

(paper towels, paper plates or plastics cups if you choose).

PETS: There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250.

Pets over 20lbs. must be approved by owner. 

Weddings & Events require approval from the owners. 

 

WEDDING/EVENTS:  There is a 3 day minimum rental plus a $1000 minimum rental fee. All Events must be pre- approved.
