THE RESERVE

GAME ROOM VIBES
Step into The Reserve’s game room and you’ll feel like a kid again—in the absolute best way. This is the kind of space where one more round turns into an all-night laugh-fest.
You’ve got a pool table, ping pong table, and shuffleboard ready for friendly competition, plus arcade games that bring the nostalgia. Kick back and catch the big game or a movie on the massive 100" TV, then challenge everyone to the putting game, giant Tetris, or a quick tournament of corn hole. Prefer a slower pace? There are board games and books for cozy downtime, too.

OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES
Get ready! Outdoor Fun at The Reserve is where the memories get BIG. From sunrise coffee to late-night fireside laughs, this place was made for soaking up the outdoors in total comfort.
Start with the outdoor living space, the true hangout hub: a wood-burning fireplace, cozy seating, and a dining table with its own fire feature that turns every meal into an experience. Out front, the rocking chairs on the porch are basically VIP seats for nature. Kick back and watch deer play in the yard like it’s your own private wildlife show.
When it’s time to eat, you’re set up like a pro. Fire up the gas grill, go full pitmaster with the Oklahoma Joe smoker/charcoal grill, and if you’ve been out fishing, you’ll love the fish cleaning station—easy, convenient, and ready for your fresh catch. Plus, there’s plenty of parking for a full crew, boats, ATV's and all the adventure gear you bring along.
And the land? Oh, it’s unreal. The Reserve sits on 10 gorgeous acres with a seasonal creek and walking/riding trails to explore anytime you feel like wandering. Even better, the property backs right up to the popular Bear Creek Riding Trails that surround Lake Greeson. A dream setup for riders and outdoor lovers.
Speaking of the lake… you’re only one mile from Kirby Landing Marina, which makes lake days effortless. Rent a boat or bring your own and head out to Lake Greeson, the ultimate playground for skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, surfing, and swimming. And don’t forget—the fishing is fantastic, too.
At The Reserve, the outdoors isn’t just scenery… it’s the main event.

WEEKEND PLANS
Picture this: you roll into The Reserve on Friday afternoon, the air feels different (in the best way), and you already know this weekend is going to be one for the books.
Friday: Arrive + unwind into vacation mode
Kick things off with a cozy evening in the outdoor living space. Light the wood-burning fireplace, sink into the comfy seating, and let dinner happen the fun way. Fire up the grill while everyone gathers around the outdoor dining table with a fire. After dinner, head to the front porch, grab a seat in the rocking chairs, and just watch the deer play in the yard like you’re in a movie.
Saturday: Adventure day—Lake Greeson + trails
Wake up ready to PLAY. The Reserve sits on 10 acres with a seasonal creek and walking/riding trails, and it backs up to the popular Bear Creek Riding Trails around Lake Greeson, so you can start the day exploring right from the property.
Then it’s lake time! You’re only one mile from Kirby Landing Marina, which makes it ridiculously easy to get on the water. Spend the day living your best life on Lake Greeson—skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, surfing, swimming, and yes… fishing that’s seriously worth bragging about. (And when you bring your catch back? The fish cleaning station is ready.)
Want even more adrenaline? Rent a buggy from Arkansas Side x Side ATV rentals in Kirby, so you can mix in some off-road fun too.
Pro tip before you hit the lake: there’s an ice machine just north of the turnoff onto Kirby Landing Rd, so stocking the cooler is quick and easy.
Saturday night: Eat local + fireside vibes
After a full day outside, you’ve got options nearby. Grab dinner at SweetPea’s Smokehouse BBQ or hit Cazadorez Mexican Restaurant, both perfect for that “we earned this meal” feeling. Need snacks, drinks, or forgot something? Dollar General is just a couple miles up the road, so you’re never scrambling.
Then it’s back to The Reserve for round two: a fire, a night sky, and that relaxed “I don’t want this weekend to end” energy.
Sunday: Choose your own adventure
Go slow with coffee on the porch… or make it another big day:
-
Take a quick trip 15 minutes to Downtown Glenwood, AR and the Caddo River for a scenic change-up.
-
Drive 20 minutes to the Crater of Diamonds in Murfreesboro, AR and try your luck digging for a real diamond.
-
Or if you want a bigger day trip, you’re only 45 minutes from Hot Springs, AR for shopping, food, and a classic Arkansas outing.
At The Reserve, you’re not just staying somewhere, you’re setting yourself up for a weekend packed with lake days, trail time, great food nearby, and all the cozy moments in between.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Drift into comfort at The Reserve, where every night feels like a little luxury escape. The cabin features four spacious master bedrooms, each one with a king-size bed and plenty of room to truly stretch out and breathe. With two masters downstairs with private baths and two upstairs that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, keeping things convenient while still feeling private everyone gets their own peaceful retreat whether you love being close to the action or tucked away upstairs for extra quiet.
Upstairs, the home opens into a cozy sleeping loft that feels like a warm, inviting hideaway, complete with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa, perfect for kids, friends, or anyone who loves that airy “sleepover weekend” vibe.
And when you need even more space, the game room adds its own comfort layer with two Serta sleeper futons, plus the bonus of a full bathroom right there making it easy for everyone to spread out and settle in.
Altogether, it’s the kind of layout that makes groups feel effortlessly comfortable… roomy, relaxed, and wrapped in that dreamy “we never want to leave” feeling.
